Bagged Products Sales

At Davison Farms, all or our products are available for sale in bulk or by the bag. All bags are $5 each (prices subject to change without notice). Some of our most popular products include:

Lawn & Garden Blended Topsoil
This blend offers a high nutrient value for your lawn or garden. No fertilizers are required. The blend consists of 50% manure, 40% screened topsoil, and 10% washed sand.

Organic Manure Compost
We provide two-year-old manure composts that are weed-free.

Bark Mulch
The size of our bark mulch is 1" and smaller. We do not carry "nugget size" bark mulch.

Washed Sand
Our sand is washed thoroughly to remove all contaminants. You can use washed sand for walkways, garden decoration, children's sandboxes, and more.

Pricing for Bulk Sales & Soil Delivery
For delivery*, the minimum order is one cubic yard. You can either pick up your product at the farm or we can deliver* it. Prices (subject to change without notice) are as follows:

• Lawn and garden blend topsoil - $50 per yard
• Weed-free 2 year old organic manure compost - $50 per yard
• Washed sand - $50 per yard
• Bark mulch - $50 per yard
